Resep : Tulip Chicken Oriental Sauce

Ayam favoritku. Agak sedikit ribet karena harus menggunakan oven selama +/- 30 menit, tapi hasilnya mantaaf..!! Ludes semua deh gak bersisa haha.. Aroma bawang terasa wangi banget apalagi waktu makan, daging ayam pun rasanya gurih bgt, paduan saus hoisin dan cabe pedas manisnya bikin ketagihan.. Selamat mencoba.. 🙂

Cara membuat:

  • 10 potong daging ayam (bisa tulip/sayap ayam/potongan kecil daging ayam) diaduk rata dgn air jeruk lemon 2sdm. Biarin +/- 15 menit.
  • Setelah itu, campurkan bumbu2 ke dalam wadah isi ayam tadi. 2 siung bwg putih cincang + 2 btr bwg merah cincang + 2 sdm saus hoisin + 2 sdm saus cabe botolan, + 1/2 sdt merica bubuk + 1/2 sdt cabe merah bubuk + 1 sdt garam. Aduk rata.
  • Taruh daging ayam di  atas mangkuk atau wadah tahan panas.
  • Panggang dalam oven panas selama 30 menit (tergantung oven masing2, jika 30 mnt belum matang, silahkan tmbh lagi wktunya disesuaikan sendiri)

Notes : Agar daging ayam tdk menempel dgn wadah panas, bisa juga oleskan margarin ke atas wadah panas tsb sebelum ayam dipanaskan dlm oven.
