Kalau lagi bingung mau masak apa, paling praktis masak ini. Bahannya cukup sedikit, tinggal siapin sosis + sayuran2 + bawang bombay deh.. Bisa jadi Sarapan dengan roti Bun / Hotdog, atau buat makan siang maupun makan malam juga bisa.. Simple dan uenaak..!!

Cara membuat:

  • Tumis Bawang Bombay (1 buah  yg kecil cukup) dengan 1 sdm margarin, sampai layu dan warna kecoklatan
  • Masukkan 6 buah sosis yang sudah dipotong masing2 ke 3 bagian, kerat serong sosisnya
  • Tambahkan aneka sayuran, boleh kentang yg sudah dikukus terlebih dahulu, ataupun buncis wortel potong kecil2
  • Tambahkan 2 sdm saus BBQ + 1/2 sdt merica bubuk + 1 sdt garam + 1 sdm kecap asin, masak sampai mendidih

Notes : Jangan gunakan minyak goreng waktu menumis, melainkan gunakan margarin biar citarasa masakan lebih gurih. Takaran di atas ini resep utk 3-4 orang. Boleh tambahkan sedikit air waktu memasak spy sosis tdk terlalu kering dan menempel dengan wajan.
