Resep : Fillet Ikan Dorry Saus Asam Manis


Buat pecinta ikan, pasti bakalan suka banget sama resep ikan yang satu ini. Ikan Dorry lembut sekali dagingnya. Papa-ku yang dr dulu gak mau makan ikan, malah ketagihan pas cobain masakan dorry. Sekarang dia sudah bisa makan ikan, meskipun masih terbatas di menu Gurame Goreng dan Dorry Fillet ini.. Senang juga, papaku jd ada sedikit kemajuan soal makanan hihi.. Mom in law & hubby pun suka banget sama ikan dorry ini, ludeeess gak bersisa deh kalo masak ini.. Bukan cuma kita2 yang dewasa, tapi anak2 kecilpun pasti suka sama masakan ini.. Teman2 Yuks, dicobaaa… 🙂

Cara membuat :

1. 250gr fillet dilumuri dengan air jeruk nipis/lemon, ratakan lalu cuci bersih.

2. Dori tsb kemudian dipotong2 sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan.

3. Tambahkan garam & merica secukupnya, ratakan, biarkan 5 menit.

4. Lumuri potongan daging ikan ke dalam tepung sagu tani sampai rata.

5. Goreng dalam minyak panas sampai kekuningan dan garing.

Untuk saus asam manis :

1. Tumis 4 siung bwg putih + 1 bawang bombay

2. Tambahkan 2 cabe merah + 5 cabe rawit, aduk sampai layu

3. Tambahkan 2 cm jahe + wortel kupas bentuk korek api (rebus terlebih dahulu)

4. Tambahkan 1 btg daun bawang potong serong2 + 6 sdm saus tomat

5. Tambahkan 1/2 sdt garam + 1/2 sdt merica + 1/2 sdt gula pasir

6. Tambahkan 100ml air + 1 sdt tepung maizena yg sdh dilarutkan dengan 1 sdm air
