Resep : Udang Pedas Manis


Bosan mkn di luar? Bosan mknan yg itu2 lagi? Lg bingung gak tau mau masak apa? Nah, aku jg kmrn bgtu, hahaha.. Sampai akhirnya aku bolak balik lagi kumpulan buku resep dan akhirnya memutuskan utk mencoba masakan ini, yaitu Udang Pedas Manis. Hasilnya? Ueenaaaak bgt! Mom & Hubby suka banget, wah senaaaang deh.. Skalian aku share ya resepnya di sini, ini untuk 5 porsi. Buat km2 yg pengen cobain, monggo jeung… 🙂

Cara Membuat :

  1. Campur 500gr udang kecil/sedang yg sdh dikupas kulitnya (cuci bersih) + 1/2 sdt garam + 1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk + kan 2 sdm angciu jika suka.
  2. Tuang 1 telor kocok lepas ke dlm campuran #1 +kan 2 sdm maizena + 1/2 sdm minyak goreng bersih, aduk rata. Simpan adonan tadi dlm kulkas selama 30 menit.
  3. Panaskan 5 sdm minyak goreng, lalu goreng udang tadi satu per satu. Bolak balik putar cepat sampai udang berubah warna/matang. Angkat udang yang sudah matang & tiriskan.
  4. Tumis 2 batang daun bawang besar (cincang) + 2 sdt jahe (cincang) + 1 siung bwg putih uk sedang/bsr (cincang) sampai harum.
  5. Tuangkan campuran saus : 2 sdm saus sambal + 2 sdm kecap asin + 2 sdm saus tomat + 2 sdm gula pasir + 2 sdm cuka + 2 sdm angciu jika suka + 1 sdm minyak wijen + 2 sdt maizena yg sdh dilarutkan dgn air ====> aduk rata
  6. Masukkan udang yg sudah matang tadi ke wajan tadi, aduk rata & masak sebentar, lalu angkat.
  7. Siap sajikan.. 🙂

Notes : Buat yg suka untuk rasa pedasnya lebih terasa, bisa menambahkan saus sambal sesuai selera.
