Resep : Sup Tofu Chicken Asam Pedas


Yak, mari kita berkreasi lagi dengan tofuuuu, yeaaay…! Hahaha.. Demi hidup sehat, dan komitmen untuk mengurangi makanan2 daging. Akhirnya dari bahan2 sederhana seperti tahu, dan bbrp potong fillet ayam, jadilah kreasi Sup Tofu Chicken Asam Pedas ini, yummie! Resep ini bisa untuk 5-6 porsi lhooo.., yuk dicoba! 🙂

Cara Memasak :

1. Campur potongan fillet ayam dengan garam secukupnya + 1 sdt maizena. Aduk rata.

2. Kaldu ayam sekitar 1000ml, didihkan, dan masukkan fillet ayam tadi (#1). Aduk segera spy ayam tidak menggumpal.

3. Tambahkan bbrp jamur seperti jamur kuping/jamur hioko yg sudah dipotong2. +kan juga tahu cina 1 kotak yang sudah dipotong kecil2, ukuran sesuai selera masing2. Boleh juga tambahkan rebung (jika suka) ke dalam kuah kaldu tsb. Masak sampai kuah mendidih.

4. Tambahkan garam secukupnya + 2 sdt merica bubuk + 1 cabe rawit merah potong korek api/ 1 cabe merah besar jika tidak ingin kuah terlalu pedas.

5. Tambahkan 2 sdm kecap asin + cuka secukupnya + 1 sdm arak beras (jika suka). Aduk sebentar.

6. Tambahkan 2 butir telur yang sudah dikocok lepas sblmnya, aduk sampai bentuk telur seperti pita2. Masak sampai mendidih lagi.

7. Larutkan 1 sdm maizena dgn 1 sdm air, masukkan ke dalam sup. Aduk sampai kuah kental. Masak sebentar, angkat.

8. Sajikan dengan taburan daun bawang. Selamat makan! 🙂

  1. actually, this recipe is out of my expectation….
    i thought it there would b the chilies and tamarind..
    but i’ll try to use some chinese vinegar and egg dropping ltter on….
