Resep : Bulgogi


Saking penasaran & suka sm bbrp makanan korea, akhirnya aku cobain juga deh resep Bulgogi ini. Masaknya simple banget! Kalau dari hasil foto yg bisa kamu lihat disini, mmg rada kehitaman (tapi bukan gosong lho yaaa… 🙂 ) Itu krn aku tumisnya rada lamaan supaya daging lebih empuk hasilnya. Tp kalau kamu ga mau lamaan tumisnya, bisa juga pas rendam daging dengan bumbu, kamu tambahkan pelembut daging yang ada di pasaran. Kemarin itu aku masak tanpa pelembut daging, dan gantinya aku pakai sedikit baking soda untuk melembutkan daging. Jadinya pas tumis kudu lamaan sedikit dr biasanya hehe.. Hasil akhir & rasanya, enaaaak bgt! Mom & hubby really like it, sama ky yg di resto2 korea itu kata mereka. Mao tau gak cara masaknya? Yuk dicobain! 🙂

Cara Memasak :

1. Siapkan dulu bumbu untuk rendamannya : Campurkan 3 sdm kecap asin + 3 sdm gula pasir + 1 sdm wijen + 1 siung bwg putih cincang + pelembut daging secukupnya + merica bubuk secukupnya.

2. Rendam & aduk rata daging has yang sudah diiris tipis2 ke dalam bahan rendaman tadi, & simpan di dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.

3. Jika sudah 30 menit, tambahkan irisan bawang bombai ke dalam bahan rendaman. Aduk rata.

4. Tumis daging yang sudah direndam tadi dgn minyak goreng sedikitnya 2 sdm. Masak sampai matang dan daging empuk.

5. Nah, tinggal sajikan deh… Selamat makan! 🙂
