Resep : Sapo Tahu Seafood


Demi pola hidup sehat, qta jadi sering makan aneka olahan tahu. Selain suka dengan masakan tahu, cost production untuk jenis masakan ini termasuk murah meriah hehe.. Dan hasilnya pun banyak, dengan rasa selezat yang biasa ada di resto chinese food kebanyakan. Mom’s & hubby waktu makan bilang : “Wah, ini sih uda kaya makan di restoran aja, hihihi…” Senang deh kalo mereka pada suka dgn masakanku. Yuk, qta intip resepnya.. 🙂

Cara Masak :
1. Potong2 Tahu Jepang, lumuri dgn 50 gram tepung terigu dan goreng sampai kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak goreng. Tumis 3 siung bawang putih & 1 buah bawang Bombay, sampai harum dan layu.
3. +kan udang, bakso ikan, cumi dan wortel sesuai selera. Aduk sampai udang & cumi berubah warna.
4. +kan 2 sdm saus tiram + 1 sdm angciu + 1 sdt minyak wijen + 500ml kaldu ayam. Masak sampai bahan hampir matang.
5. +kan sayuran seperti bunga kol (bisa juga diganti dengan sawi putih), kapri dan daun bawang sesuai selera. Masak sambil diaduk sampai layu.
6. +kan 1 sdt bubuk lada + 1/4 sdt garam + 1 sdt gula pasir.
7. Kentalkan dengan larutan 1sdt tepung kanji. Angkat dan tuang ke dalam wadah sapo.
8. Sajikan selagi panas.
