Resep : Ayam Tuturuga (khas Menado)


Supaya ga bosan masak masakan ayam yg itu2 lagi, kali ini aku cobain resep baru, masakan ayam khas Menado punya hehehe.. Cara masaknya gampang, prosesnya lumayan cepet dan hasilnya uenaaaak bngt! Apalagi buat kamu yg doyan pedes banget, kudu tambahin kadar cabe-nya biar makin mantap pedasnya! Resep ini bisa untuk 4 porsi, yuk kita intip bareng2.. 🙂

Cara Memasak :

1. Siapin ayam 1 ekor yang sudah dipotong2 jd 4 bagian atau 8 bagian kecil.

2. Aduk rata potongan ayam tadi dgn 2 sdm air jeruk nipis & 1 sdt garam. Diamkan dulu selama +/- 15 menit.

3. Siapin bumbu halus antara lain : cabe merah besar & cabe rawit merah (jumlah terserah, semakin bnyk semakin pedes), 5 siung bawang putih, 10 butir bawang merah, 2 cm jahe, 2 cm kunyit bakar, 7 butir kemiri sangrai dan 1 sdt garam ===> tumbuk sampai halus.

4. Kalau sudah, tumis bumbu halus dan +kan daun pandan 3 lembar sobek kasar + 4 batang kucai potong2 panjang + 5 lembar daun jeruk + 3 batang serai (ambil putihnya aja) digeprak dlu ===> tumis sampai wangi.

5. Tambahin ayam, aduk rata semuanya. Lalu +kan air 750ml, tutup wajan & masak sampai ayam empuk dan kuah jd kental.

6. Tambahin 2 butir telur kocok, aduk2 sampai telur berserabut. Masak semua sampai matang banget, kemudian sajikan.
