Resep : Mashed Potato with Cheese


Gara2 baca buku The Hallelujah Diet, skrg jd mengerti dan mulai mencoba mengubah pola makanan. Kurangin yg tidak sehat dan kembali ke yg sehat2, seperti olahan kentang yg satu ini. 🙂

Porsi untuk 3 orang;

Asumsi 3 kentang per orang, jadi yang aku siapkan ada 9 kentang.Dikupas dulu & cuci bersih.

Cara Memasak :

  1. Kukus kentang yang sudah dikupas selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
  2. Ketika sudah matang, potong masing2 kentang bagi 4 bagian, lalu haluskan dgn cara ditumbuk atau diblender. Jika menggunakan blender, jgn langsung masukin semua kentang. Sebaiknya masukkan satu atau dua kentang saja lalu diblender, jika sudah hampir halus, pisahkan ke dlm wadah terpisah. Lanjutkan sampai semua kentang sudah dihaluskan, Ingat, jgn terlalu halus juga ya, nanti malah jadinya seperti makanan baby.. :p
  3. Tambahkan susu cair hangat kira-kira 125-150ml + mentega 2 sdm cairkan + 1/2 sdt garam + 1/2 sdt merica, aduk semua sampai rata. (Jumlah Garam & Merica bisa disesuaikan sendiri, tergantung selera).
  4. Siapkan wadah tahan panas untuk panggangan, olesi dengan mentega cair.
  5. Tuang adonan kentang tadi #3 ke dalam wadah tersebut.
  6. Siram atasnya dgn mentega cair lagi secukupnya aja, jgn terlalu banyak. Lalu rapikan dgn sendok stainless steel.
  7. Beri taburan keju parut di atasnya.
  8. Panggang dgn api atas dalam oven sampai atasnya berwarna kecoklatan.
  9. Siap dihidangkan, selamat menikmati teman2.. 🙂

    • Iya, mentega itu 2 sendok lalu km lelehkan dulu di frypan ya, baru nanti campur dgn kentangnya aduk rata semua. Komposisi mentega yg dilelehkan bs km sesuaikan juga, tgtg bnyk kentang yg digunakan… 🙂
