Resep : Tahu Kukus Pedas


Memang ada kalanya setelah makan makanan yang berdaging2 atau yang berbumbu2 saat weekend, kami sekeluarga kembali lagi ke gaya hidup sehat. Jadinya saat weekdays biasanya kita kembali makan salad, atau aneka olahan kentang seperti mashed potato dan lainnya. Hehehe…

Kali ini, masih dengan menu yang sehat, dari bahan tahu saja, murmer. Seperti tadi malam aku masak Tahu Kukus Pedas ini, bikinnya simple dan hasilnya pun enak. Yuk dicobain.. 🙂

Resep ini bisa untuk 3-4 orang.

Cara Masak : 

  1. 2 buah Tahu Putih yang kotak atau 2 buah Tahu Jepang dipotong sesuai keinginan, pastikan potongan yg melebar dan tidak terlalu tebal. Lalu tata di atas pinggan tahan panas.
  2. Siapkan bahan olesannya : Campur kira2 5-8 udang besar cincang dulu, 1 sdm tepung sagu, 1 putih telur, garam + merica + gula pasir secukupnya (kira2 1/2 sdt) lalu aduk rata. Tambahkan irisan daun bawang, aduk rata lagi.
  3. Oleskan bagian atas tahu dengan bahan olesan tadi sampai tertutup rata.
  4. Potong2 tipis memanjang 3 buah jamur shitake, lalu tata di atas bahan olesan tadi.
  5. Siapkan bahan sausnya : Campur 2-3 sdm saus tiram + 1 sdt minyak wijen + 1 sdm madu + garam dan merica secukupnya, aduk rata.
  6. Tuangkan bahan saus ke atas bahan olesan tadi.
  7. Tabur lagi atasnya dengan irisan jahe, daun bawang dan cabe merah besar potong2 + daun ketumbar (jika ada).
  8. Kukus selama kurang lebih 15 menit,
  9. Siap dan sajikan!
