Resep : Tumis Tofu Daging Cincang (Stir Fry Tofu with Minced Meat)


Memang cukup sering aku memasak menggunakan bahan-bahan yang murah dan mudah seperti dari tofu ini. Mudah didapat bahan2nya dan tidak susah pula memasaknya hehehe… Makanya aku sering stok beberapa tahu jepang di rumah, dan biasanya aku beli yang merek Kong Kee rasa Ayam. Kali ini aku masak yang gampang, resepnya dari satu artikel kiriman mama. Tofu dimixed dengan daging cincang diberi bumbu seperti gaya Sezhuan yang gurih dan pedas, it’s so simple and yummy! Yang uda penasaran yuk dicobain, resep ini bisa untuk 4 orang. 🙂

Stir Fry Tofu with Minced Meat

Cara Memasak : 

1. Tofu Jepang dipotong2 bagi 10 bagian, goreng dalam minyak panas sampai kecoklatan, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.

2. Tumis 2 siung bawang putih cincang halus, +kan bawang bombay cincang secukupnya, aduk sampai harum dan layu.

3. +kan 1 buah cabai besar iris kasar, aduk rata.

4. +kan daging cincang (bisa daging ayam, babi atau sapi, sesuai selera kamu) 150 gram atau sesuai selera. Aduk sampai daging berubah warna.

5. +kan campuran saus : 2 sdm saus tiram + 2 sdm saus hoisin + 1 sdm kecap asin + 1/2 sdt merica bubuk + 1 sdt garam – aduk rata.

6. Tambahkan 200 ml air, didihkan sebentar.

7. Masukkan tofu goreng tadi (1).

8. Tambahkan campuran 1/2 sdt tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan sedikit air. Aduk sampai kental.

9. Angkat dan tabur dengan potongan daun bawang, sajikan!
