Recipe : Cheat’s Shark’s Fin Soup


Hai teman2, kali ini aku mau berbagi resep salah satu makanan kesukaanku. Kalau di resto biasa suka disebut Shark Fin Soup atau Sup Hisit. Aku doyan banget sama masakan ini, dan akhirnya sekarang bisa juga masak sendiri, yeaaaay! Ternyata bikinnya gampang banget koq, tapi berhubung sirip hiu itu kan mahal banget, jadinya aku ganti dengan soun yang ternyata hasilnya sama enaknya. Sluuurps! Yuk diintip cara bikinnya, simple dan jamin keluarga atau anak kamu pasti suka! Oya, resep ini bisa untuk 3-4 orang lho.. 🙂

Cheat's Shark's Fin Soup - Mulliechan's creation

Cara Memasak :

1. Siapkan 4 buah jamur kuping/jamur shitake/jamur hioko, bersihkan dan potong tipis memanjang. 

2. Siapkan soun 115 gram rendam dalam air panas sampai lunak, lalu potong pendek2 

3. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis jamur yang sudah dipotong tadi selama kurang lebih 2 menit (1) 

4. Lalu masukkan irisan wortel yang memanjang + soun yang sudah dipotong pendek tadi (2)

5. Tambahkan kaldu ayam 750ml sampai 1 liter (tergantung kebutuhan) – aduk rata semuanya, didihkan

6. Tambahkan garam + lada secukupnya + 1 sdm kecap manis 

7. Tambahkan 1sdm tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan 2 sdm air, aduk rata sampai kuah mengental

8. Matikan api kompor, lalu masukkan 1 telur kocok ke dalamnya, aduk cepat 

9. Tambahkan 1 sdt minyak wijen, aduk rata

10. Sebelum disajikan, taburkan atasnya dengan potongan daun bawang 

11. Siap sajikan
