Resep : Tahu Siram Saus Tiram


Teman2, yuk qta berkreasi dengan Tahu/Tofu.. Resep yg satu ini gampang banget masaknya, bahan mudah didapat, praktis, sehat & hasilnya pun enaaak! Resep ini bisa untuk 5 porsi, yuk dicoba…

Cara Membuat :

  1. Kukus terlebih dahulu 500 gram Tofu Jepang atau Tahu Cina Kotak, potong2 bentuk kotak ukuran secukupnya.
  2. Siapkan bahan saus di wajan : Tumis 2 siung bawang putih cincang sampai harum. Tambahkan 150 ml kaldu ayam + 1 sdm kecap asin + 1 sdm saus tiram + 1/4 sdt gula pasir + garam dan merica secukupnya. (Bila suka, kamu bisa jg menambahkan 1 sdm angciu ke dlmnya).
  3. Tambahkan 1 1/2 sdm maizena yg sudah dilarutkan dgn 2 sdm air. Aduk rata sampai saus mengental.
  4. Jika tahu sudah matang, angkat, tiriskan  & susun di atas piring. Kemudian siram tahu tsb dengan bahan saus yang sudah jadi.
  5. Taburi atas Tofu yg sudah disiram dengan irisan daun bawang secukupnya sesuai selera.

  3. Hmm.. meat? I don’t fancy red meat too much, but I love seafood and chicken. And sadly, I don’t eat veggies, but I eat so many fruits.

    while for the fruits, mom in law provides me wif the homemade juice, almost everynite..
    She’s specialized in it, while me take part in cooking for lunch and dinner haha.. :p

    I don’t know why since I reduced my sugar and oil consumption, my cooking is a totally disaster most of the time. It’s frustrating. LOL

  7. pernah makan tahu siram yg enak banget…. diatasnya ada nori dan enoki…
    gimana caranya yah supaya norinya nempel?tahu di goreng dl baru tempel nori atau nori ditempel dan di goreng bareng tahu? dan daging apa yg cocok yah sapi or b2? pernah coba pakai ayam, tekstur daging ayam keras, gak sebanding dengan tahu yg empuk…. bisa kasih masukan?

    • oooh tau tuh yg tahu siram macam itu, suka ada di resto2 chinese food, enaaak! Tp blom pernah bikin di rmh hihi…
      aku ada resepnya di buku, nti aku kbrin lg ya.. daging untuk masakan lebih enak pake b2, tp tergantung selera yg makan jg sih.. 🙂
      baiknya untuk model masakan tahu seperti ini, pake daging cincang aja, ditumis dulu..
